Privacy & access

Purpose

The cockpit stores family-office records, including ownership, assets, liabilities, cash flow, officer and beneficiary information, governance records and document metadata. Its purpose is internal stewardship and reporting.

Who can access records

Access is restricted to provisioned cockpit administrators. Administrators can manage the cockpit's registers. Private file-vault access is separately verified by email and restricted to provisioned members of the Khunemo vault.

Hosting & storage

This website is hosted by WebsitePublisher. Register data is retrieved through authenticated interfaces. Private uploaded files use the platform's gated file storage and temporary download links. Public pages do not display private register records.

Your account

Sign-in credentials, account information and security-session information are processed to manage access. Sign out when using a shared device. Contact the family office administrator for access, correction or removal requests.

Exports & records

CSV exports and reports may contain confidential information. Access to those downloaded copies is controlled by the person who downloads or shares them. Record retention and sharing decisions are managed by the family office administrator.

Reporting

Figures depend on the ownership, dates and evidence recorded in the cockpit. Missing information is flagged. The dashboard is a portfolio aggregation tool and does not produce statutory consolidated accounts.
